I can help you overcome these symptoms, release the stuck material and pain, and guide you through the process of grief and healing.
Telehealth sessions are available and allow you to receive the benefit of psychotherapy from the safety and comfort of your own home. I use the Zoom audio video platform for these meetings. While Telehealth isn't exactly the same as in person meetings, it is a pretty close second. My clients find lt very effective and some actually prefer it.
